She/her/hers
As a child, I always enjoyed being outdoors, both at home and during our vacation trips. This quickly sparked my interest in nature. Additionally, I have long been fascinated by the interconnections surrounding our climate. This interest solidified, especially after my school internship at the DLR in Oberpfaffenhofen, and by the end of my school years, I was certain: I wanted to study meteorology. Before pursuing my studies, I had a desire to gain some international experience. Participating in a six-month voluntary service in the Geopark Böhmisches Paradies (Český ráj) in North Czech Republic through the UNESCO program Naturweit was just the right opportunity.
Now, my plan has become a reality, and I am studying Atmospheric Science at the University of Innsbruck. Advocating for nature and other people is a significant concern for me. Encouraging others to be curious and try new things is also crucial. That's why I find Girls* on Ice to be such a fantastic initiative!
