I grew up in Bretagne, with the Atlantic as my backyard, and yes, I still miss it (the crêpes and salted butter too!). But when I discovered the mountains as a child, something clicked. Snow under skis felt like a revelation, and I've been hooked ever since: downhill, telemarking, hiking in summer. The Alps are a big part of why Switzerland became home.
That personal connection to mountain life is part of what drew me to Girls* on Ice. But so is the deeper question the programme asks: about who gets to see themselves in science, in nature, in leadership; a question that has quietly followed me through my own career.
I've worked across private banking and financial services leadership, and currently co-lead the operating office of an agentic AI programme at one of Switzerland's leading banks. Representation in STEM, in leadership, in the rooms where decisions get made; these aren't abstract values, they're things I've navigated personally, and things I care about changing.
I bring to the board a background in governance, financial oversight, and strategic program leadership. But honestly, more than any of that, I bring a genuine belief that what Girls* on Ice does: building confidence, curiosity, and community in young people is exactly the kind of investment that compounds.
Based in Zurich. Happiest in the mountains. Still dreaming of the ocean.
