Being a part of the Inspiring Girls* Expeditions team allows me to rub shoulders with passionate people who work hard. As a volunteer art instructor for Girls* on Ice Alaska in 2013, I was beyond stoked to spend a day working for a program that combines so many of my favorite things in life. Inspiring Girls* Expeditions are the ultimate combination of art, science, and the outdoors. Exploring remarkable places with passionate women who are experts in their fields, reinforces my desire to ask questions, learn, and discover.
